Come out from among them and be ye separate.
I have arrived at an important conclusion. I do not have a dissociative 'disorder'. I have a dissociative 'condition', but I am not disordered or ill. It is the society I live in that is 'disordered' and their 'disorder' caused my 'condition'. It is truly a sick society. I used to feel bad and worthless for being an 'outsider'. No more. I'm proud to be the fucking odd man out in a fucked up mess like this one. The majority are depraved and/ or blinded and I no longer have any desire to be counted among their number. Though not a religious person myself, in some strange way, I think I finally understand the Amish and why they latched on to one particular verse above all others and then proceeded to build their entire lives around it. I am PROUD to be a motherfucking alien and I'm not even kidding.

Funny, there has been a 4 part documentary here on some Amish tennagers on "Rumspringa" and they are tasting teenage life in the uk, living with different familes with teenagers, ranging from inner city estates to country life. So I have been doing some extra research.
ReplyDeleteBasically, they work very hard and are more responsible than our teenagers, though do seem old before there time.
