Murphy is on my shit list.

I am going to risk jinxing myself by telling y'all what I have just done and being all openly glad about it and shit. Another computer problem cropped up for me after the Dell folks helped me with my other problem last week. I did some googling about the issue and discovered that it was a screw-up by Microsoft involving one of their updates. They had a download to fix it, but I couldn't use it because the glitch kept closing my browser before the download could complete. What to do, right? I googled some more and I learned how to manually reprogram the afflicted registry in my computer. I did it! By myself! I just finished it a few hours ago. (Is it just me, or does anybody else feel dumb when someone younger, like the kids at Dell, have to fix things for them?)

Now that I have openly admitted how pleased I am by this recent victory, I will be watching for Murphy of Murphy's Law to try to thwart me as he usually does. I swear the son of a bitch reads my blog. Hey, Murphy! I'll get your IP and track your midget ass down. Don't push me, you little fucktard. I'm bigger, smarter and more determined than you. If you push your luck, I will one day be mounting your head on my mantle. And no, it doesn't matter that I don't have a mantle. I'll fucking build one. 'Cause I can do shit like that.
