Just a Random Observation

When a lady is pushed to her limits and there are some important things that are not directly under her control, it helps when a tenant calls needing a repair and the lady in question can break out her tools, fix the plumbing all by herself and still get home in time to put away her tool bag, grab a rolling pin and have a good dinner on the table in a timely manner. Because it's all about having some control.
