Like I said before, I am by no means magically 'cured' by recent insights and actions, but of course I was very happy to share the improvements with New Guy on Tuesday and I ended up getting a good chuckle along the way.
I described the improvements. He was happy for me and he said, "And you were even able to do something for yourself. I see you got your hair curled or something (he knows how bad it fucks my head to go to the salon and this is a big beef of mine). I was confused for a second and then I busted up laughing. I said, "Well, not quite. This is just how it looks when I fall asleep with damp
hair and then don't get around to brushing it when I wake up." Hee hee. Too funny. I'm thinking New Guy thought Bed Head was a bad perm. Shit like that really makes me laugh.
