I haven't been able to write about it, but I called the crisis line again Wednesday night. She said her name is Milly. She said I deserve to have support. I'm trying so very hard to believe her, but it's all so difficult for me. I'm not well. Those of you who have been reading here for a long time know I have no specific spiritual beliefs. Anyone who does have them and is reading this, please don't forget about me. I'm going to bed now.

    I'm glad you called again. You should call every day if you find it helpful. I don't have spiritual beliefs, but I'm still thinking about you. I won't forget about you. Will you check in later today?
