Long story short - I dreamed I was walking down a road where there had been a terrible car crash. There were three bodies laid out on the road and three firefighters were working to save them. I approached the first body and the firefighter who was working to revive it looked up at me. He said, "You might want to step back, ma'am. Sometimes they wake up screaming."
