I chilled out enough to speak to the husband. Which is good because I know how to make him understand after I chill. I used his very own metaphor to explain things to him. He fancies me to be the quarterback in this family, and himself a defensive lineman. So, after doing a bit of bitching, I simply pointed out that when he did not protect the continuity of my regular therapy appointments, he did not protect the quarterback. He knows what happens when the quarterback gets sacked, so... there was no need to say more. He played a good defensive tackle and got on the phone and fixed the problem. Therapy is on as usual. Whoever said football is useless? Oh. I guess that was me. Sorry. Seems I was mistaken.

I have been resting and sleeping a lot. Some shitty dreams, but overall decent. I'm trying to make a reasonable plan to keep working on a few things while I either put the latest trauma crap to some kind of order, or end up having to process some of it. I don't know how things will play out exactly, but at least I still have a stable framework in which to navigate. Having that makes me less afraid.
