I didn't even try to go to bed at any kind of decent hour, because I know what it causes. I folded all of the laundry in the middle of the night instead. Until I just suddenly started crying. The dogs came running from the other end of the house. They somehow knew. And they offered me their paws, they nuzzled me, licked my hands and basically said, "It's okay, human. We're here. And we're really cute and sweet and we really like you." I need to post better pics of them. They have faces that simply cannot be resisted. There was a lot of hugging and kissing. (But I'm still very sad inside.)

ReplyDeleteAwwww! We totally understand about not going to bed. And we also know all about the loving attention from pets. Our kitties always know when something is wrong with us. So glad the dogs were there!
