Wow. I am totally beat down tired. I had to get up quite a bit earlier today than usual. Of course, that did not mean I got to choose when to go to sleep. I tried my best, and I got to bed a little bit earlier than normal, but that isn't saying much. I'm trying to keep busy this evening and not fall asleep for a nap because I'm hoping that I will be so tired that I will go to sleep substantially earlier this time. I'm not going to hold my breath, though. I've tried this many times before and it hasn't worked yet. Usually it prompts some kind of meltdown, but I have to at least try to get my hours more normal and functional.

Electricity gets turned on in the house across town on Wednesday and then the new tenants start moving in. The lease is all signed, the money collected, and the keys handed over. All that is left is to pick up the pre-occupancy inspection, retrieve our lawn mower, and get extra copies of keys to hand out in the event of emergency lock-outs (yes, that happens). I figure by Friday at the latest, I will have this file off my desk. That will be great, but it's pretty much done now and the pressure is off.

Things have been a tad difficult. The weather turned a bit cold again a few days ago. I handled it fairly well at first, but the okayness began to wear thin by Monday. I'm just keeping on and doing the best I can. Yes, there have been glitches, but I'm still here. My eyelids and my butt are both dragging, but I'm still here (most of the time). I'd have a cup of coffee, but at this point it could cause a panic attack. Pass me that glass of water over there, would you? Thanks. I'll try to respond to comments when I'm less exhausted and can think more clearly, which I hope will be soon.
