With all that has been going on, I have still managed to take care of business. A new tenant is moving in to the empty house next week. Getting them in was unusually difficult due to the odd circumstances left behind by the former tenant, but... just glad things are moving right along and I still have the ability to take care of business. And I didn't even miss a month of collecting rent on that house. Amazing. And the hub is such a help, too.
Have a nice weekend. I'm outta here to go tie up some loose ends with this whole affair. I look forward to putting away this particular file.
