Procrastinating bedtime has reached a new high. Or is it a new low? I can't go to bed because I'm busy looking at cookware online. Cookware? Yes. Cookware. I don't like nonstick coatings and I need heavy duty stainless steel. I prefer Tramontina, but it's a bit pricey for my cheap leanings. I have a couple of Martha Stewart pieces in the mix. They're pretty good, too. Hmmm... Maybe I should go get cleaned up.

    Cast Iron rocks! It is the God of cookware. The key is knowing how to clean it properly.
