I made it and now I'm here. Oddly, I had to wait until I could wrap my head around just exactly how I could move and cover my tracks in the process. I knew how, my head just wasn't in the right space to be able to do it. I have no idea why I can suddenly do it now. Monday was a rough day. I really need to be awake when the stock market is open right now, and because my hours are so weird, this just makes it worse. It makes it so I have to... nap. You all know how much I hate naps and their awful dreams of death, deceit, and carnage (which I'm choosing to ignore right now).
I went to the inspections for the new building on very little sleep Monday morning after I dealt with my trading business. Now I have to write an amending addendum and hope the seller signs. Termites. Ugh. A few other surprises, but they don't have to kill the deal if the seller is willing to work with me. I have some very creative ideas to solve the problem. If he's not willing, then it wouldn't be beneficial to me to pursue this one any further. I've already pre-negotiated much of it, and none of it has gone without mention, so I'm working and hoping for the best. I'll keep you posted.
I discovered a new nasal spray - Sudafed OM. It really should be renamed Sudafed OMG. Yeah, lucky for me, it's that good. I really hope to be well soon. I think my allergies are at the root of this, so I'm taking something for that, too. Between the allergy medicine, the nasal spray, and various supplements, I seem to be improving. It's 12:30 A.M. as I write this. I am watching/ listening to The Shining on one of the movie channels. Good. Stephen King can show up just in time to play out the weirdness while I try not to. It's on and running, but now I will set out clothes for the littlest, make the lunches, wipe up the counters, write my addendum, etc... I'm still working the night shift, and I still have to get up... I sure as hell hope I will be nicely rewarded for all of this work and diligence. It's been much too long...

I was lucky that my troll was enough of an idiot that all I had to do was remove my blog from my blog roll and block the bots from spidering it. He didn't have the URL written down. Stupid fuck. He used to come to the psych blog and write sexual comments to me.
ReplyDeleteI've been having a butt load of trouble sleeping lately. I start having trouble breathing if I don't sleep. My dreams haven't been that disturbed, luckily. It's just the physical process. I've been having trouble making it happen. I can't take Ambien or any of that sort of thing. It screws me up too bad.
I am personally a huge fan of Stephen King. He's one of the influences on my own writing, such as it is.
Damn lily got in there first!!
ReplyDeleteWelcome to your new home
(((Lynn))))
Hi, Lily. My only problem with my new reader was that it was someone from here in town and I suspect it was a relative. It was a direct hit, too. It must have been awful to get the sexual comments. I'm glad you got rid of that freak. I can't take sleeping pills, either. NyQuil is as close as I can get to doing that. Sleep deprivation makes me more vulnerable to anxiety attacks, which is why I choose the stinking naps. I love Stephen King. Awesome stuff.
ReplyDeleteThank you!

Welcome to your new home! I had no idea that you were having troll trouble, though. I'm sorry that you had to make the change, but maybe this will be a good new beginning. :)
ReplyDeleteBeginnings are often good ways to leave some of the bad behind. I sure hope the troll is one of the things that get left.
ReplyDeleteGood luck with the building! I hope it works out for you. You deserve to be rewarded.
Carter
Hi, Confractions. Yup, the NyQuil is pretty good as far as that kind of thing goes.
ReplyDeleteZzzzzzzzz...
:-)
Hi, Lawyerchik. It's not a regular troll. It's just a visit from somewhere too close for comfort. There was never harassment or danger, just a 'privacy issue' (such that they are on the internet anyway!).
Hi, Carter. Yes, I hope this is a good beginning. The building... I got a call from title today. They have discovered a pretty sizeable lien against the property... don't know what's going to happen now.
*BIG SIGH*
Welcome to your new digs!
ReplyDeleteI am going to have to try the sudafed - can't take my regular script since I'm nursing
The Sudafed OM is great, Enola. And it's nice to not have to drug up the whole system when it is only one area having the problem.
