One of my kids had her second knee fixed in surgery today. I overheard the recovery unit nurse on the phone to the post-surgical unit. "You're going to love this kid. She's amazing and she has a wonderful attitude." I tend to agree. We bring her home tomorrow and then we have a long road with physical therapy. Then, in three weeks, her twin gets her second knee fixed as well. I'll probably be too busy to be online for a while. But my kids will have a brand new set of legs with no more knees dislocating.
